The majority of our downloads are in either a PDF or Zip format. Both require additional software to view and fortunately, the additional software is easy to install and free.

About PDF Files

To read or view a PDF (Portable Document Format) file, you will need to download and install the Adobe Acrobat Reader.This is a web browser plug-in from Adobe that seamlessly integrates with your browser and allows you to view and print PDF files. Best of all, it's free!

About Zip Files

To view a zip file, you need to "unzip" it using a utility such as WinZip or other zip utilities. "Zipping" a file is a method of compressing the file so that it can be transferred at a much higher rate than if it were in it's native uncompressed state. A file that might normally take 10 minutes to download can be "zipped" and the download time can be significantly reduced.
