The winter 2011-2012 Pre-buy Program is closed for the season. Please check back next Spring when we will be announcing 2012 program opening in Summer. If you would like to add your information for the next season, please do so below.

Are you frustrated by the high cost of heating your home? If so, the prebuy plan is meant for you! Valley Energy provides our heating customers the opportunity to buy in bulk and save on the price per gallon. Due to the limited quantities available and the large interest in this plan, we are asking our customers to add their names and account information to the list below. We will contact you directly once the plan begins in the Spring of 2012. Certain restrictions do apply with the prebuy option.
